Login Promt Adobe Acrobat DC

Hello everyone,

we've got a costumer, who works on multiple windows terminalserver 2016 in a domain structure.

Users are complaining about the login promt in their session, when they start Adobe Acrobat DC, where they have to log in to use it.

The login promt appears when the user is logged on, onto another terminalserver than the day before.

When the user is working on the same server like the day before, the promt don't apear.

We installed fslogix but, the problem isn't solved.

Do you know a way to sync the login-data, so the user don't have to login when they work on a different server.
