logtransport.exe issue

hi,

  1. I have the log.transport.exe, this application did not start correctly during shutdown. I tried steps from the articles, but no fixes. Repaired, reinstall Adobe Acrobat or even went to the registry, but no fix. When I went to desktop and app usage, it gives an error. Cannot access it. Please help.

Would you mind unchecking the box under Machine Learning that says Yes, allow my content to be analyzed by Adobe using machine learning techniques.

 

Let me know if this works for you.

Please see my screenshot. Cannot access desktop app usage. There is an error. I removed logtransport2.exe from my computer.
