When taking screenshot using adobe I can't get long/continous schreenshot like every where else. What is wrong with adobe? How can I fix it? It open right away "share screenshot and full document link" and I don't want see that.

Hi, sorry I am using Android at my phone(Samsung ultra). And I just push buttons (volume and side key) and then I got that "window".

    Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue:

    1. Please confirm if you are using the Acrobat desktop application or the Acrobat Mobile app

    2. What is the version of the Acrobat application and the OS (Win, Mac, Android or iOS) you are using.

    3. What is the workflow/steps you are following to take the screenshot? A small vido recording of the steps and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful.

If you are on Acrobat desktop application, the Snapshot tool copies an area as an image that you can paste into other applications.

    1. Go to hamburger menu icon > Undo, Redo & more > Take A Snapshot

    2. Drag a rectangle around the area you want to copy, and then release the mouse button

    3. Press the Esc key to exit Snapshot mode.

Let us know how it goes.
