Looking to adjust tools available in text selection hover menu

Hi,

I am frequently commenting on PDFs and like to have tools quickly available to me. Adobe's new text selection hover menu is great, but I'd like to be able to change it.

The tools are comment, highlight, underline, strikethrough, redact, copy, and, after the divider, edit PDF. I'd like to be able to edit this toolbar to be whatever I want, or at least swap the redact tool for the replace text tool. Is there any way to do this?
