Losing functionality with newer continuous versions, Combine file by right clicking. Auto redactions

Question

I have one i'm confident is a version issue and the second i'm uncertain

1.) When right clicking PDF portfolios we've lost the combine files in Acrobat. This slows down our staff and isn't massive but annoying and it would be nice to roll back to a version that has it.

Given user older versions of pro and that did not work, so i'm hoping to get a particular "continuous version" Adobe pro

Clicking on mutliple PDFs is currently the only way to get the combine option via right clicking. However, this is not helpful for our org

2.) On going issue with multiple versions, all machines but my own when redacting will redact random pages through out the document that should have not been redacted.

I've printed rescanned, changed several automated settings, re-OCR'd the page, updateded, uninstall\reinstall\repair, and even contacted Adobe support. No solution has arrived.

@InsertNameHere_Here4Help It's a shame that Acrobat doesn't allow custom keyboar shortcuts, I wonder if there a plugin or app that allows yu to create hotkeys on a MAC or PC?

I normally just jump into tools and a search or have my tool shortcuts on the right-hand side
