Losing information in Footnotes and Headings after conversion to PDF

Hello,

I'm having some problems with converting Word to PDF.

The entire document is converted well, except for Headings en Footnotes.

Word before conversion:

PDF after conversion:

That information is filled in Word through 'Mail list' or 'Distribution list' by Excel.

Now I have a workaround by editing those specific fields so it is just plain text, but that is time consuming.

Is there any way to convert this properly to PDF?
