Losing white content

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I have a technical question in relation to Acrobat Distiller. I am currently using Distiller 9 to pdf pages to go to our printer. The problem that I have is when I distill the pages sometimes I lose content. See below:

The first image is what the content should look like, the second is the output from distiller.

As you can see, the logo on the top left and the text on the bottom left have dropped off. Does anyone know a fix for this. Thanks in advance

You aren't using Distiller Server so I suggest you post in the Creating PDF forum Creating PDFs . You should include information on operating system (since Acrobat 9 is too old for some systems) and on the app from which you print (as many apps have better ways to make PDF).
