Loss of Acrobat DC functions on Win.10

My prior machine ran Win.7 and I used Acrobat Standard DC (Version 2017.012.20098). Using that version I could extract pages from a PDF, split and replace. Plus there was a More icon/menu.

I'm setting up a new Win.10 machine with Acrobat available as Acrobat DC (Version 2017.012.20098) but without the Extract, Split, Replace and More functions.

Is this normal? Do I have to upgrade to the Pro version just to regain these functions, functions still available on my old machine?
