Loss of Comment Options in Review

Hi, I am trying to use Acrobat Pro in an editing workflow, but it seems that by sharing a document via the Adobe Document Cloud (by "sending for review"), reviewers lose the "Add note to replace text" and "Insert text at cursor" comment options. I'm wondering if there is a way to fix this, and have this functionality, as it is imperative to have those comments when applying edits in InDesign. Has anyone found a solution to this?
