lost links fillable form

Hello, I want the codes of my fillable form to find these links (pages). Currently, I see that they have a lot of code that I created, but as soon as I leave Fields, nothing appears on my PDF. (I don't have Acrobat Pro).

I started from a PDF that I had to modify in Illustrator, so I know I lost the links, but I still see them on my new backup; they are just inactive.
