Low fps while scrolling through pdfs' in macOS

Hello people so i had been using a windows machine till yesterday and today i switched to a mac so i dont know a lot but is 24fps max in acrobat for macs because my windows machine gave me 120fps (as it has a 120Hz display), if there is an option to change it please tell me its not a problem but 60fps is nice
