Maintenance Completed Successfully

Every. Single. Time. I open Acrobat I get this notification and then I restart it and it walks me through the tutorial each time when it restarts. After the restart it runs somewhat okay, but not the best.
Creative Cloud claims its up to date. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Ive ran distiller and nothing shows. I've ran it as an administrator. I've literally done everything that I could find on the tutorials/help me to no avail. 

 

Any ideas?

I have the pro subsription if thats helpful.

What is your Acrobat and version? What is your OS and version? Are you working on the web or locally on your computer?
