MAJOR ISSUE DISPLAYING FILES IN ACROBAT DC

Hello there! I'm having this problem when everytime I open a file in acrobat Dc (latest) it is sooooo slow to display, it just appear the multicolored circle that show that it's processing it and when finally make the zooming in, the image is not displayed correctly, and white squares appear and dissapear as if it's having so much trouble working on the file... then it freezes or take a ton of time so I have to Force quit the app....I don't have this issue in Illustrator o Photoshop just in Acrobat I have all the security enhanced off, the oage display al 4's in rendering unchecked.  I'm working in a 27 inch Imac from late 2015 with Monterey,  3.3Ghz quad core intel core i5, 20gb 1600ddr and AMD radeon r9 m395 2 gb

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

 

We made certain stability and performance enhancements with the subsequent releases. 

Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20xxx) and let us know if the issue is fixed for you?

 

To do so, go to Help-> Check for Updates.
