Make Acrobat Pro toolbar fully customizable and dockable

The new Acrobat design brought a more minimalistic look, that is fine! But when you make the toolbar customisable, please make it fully customizable. For instance the two most used tools are the arrow and the hand tool. Why are they under one button?? I always have to click and hold and wait before I can switch between these tools. After going to the million preferences i found a setting to activate "keyboard shortcuts", great! This helps a bit, now I can use the H and V buttons. But still just make this program interface similar to the other Adobe applications. With fully editable toolsbars and keyboard shortcuts. Also make the "save as..." button a default one please, it is the most used button and it is not even there by default.

Than another remark about the "reopen all tabs" function, please build it in the application instead of running a startup script with reopens all documents after a few seconds... It happened a lot to me after opening a document by doublicking on it, Acrobat opens, I press the print button. Then an error appears it could not finish a startup script (the script that reopens all my open tabs in the background) because the print dialgogue is open... This can be seen as a serious bug if you ask me...

Please vote this one up people so Adobe can make this widely used software much better for advanced users.
