Make own hotkey for edit text

Dear people on the internet,

I hope u can help me. How can I make an own hot key in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2017? For example (dutch language) see picture below. I want a hotkey that skips all the mouse clicks. Thanks in advance!

P.S. I can get a free lunch if I can do it 🙂
