Making fields read only after signature

Hey everyone,

I created a fillable document yesterday and managed to set it up so that when certain boxes are signed it makes fields read only. However, today when I went into edit the fields I want as read only the mark fields box keeps coming up blank and I can't select any.

Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
