Hi, smart people! I have set up my form to have a few required "initial here" fields. The others are just "initial the items that apply (i.e., not required). Despite this, my clients keep telling me that they're not able to submit without filling in all the fields, even the ones I did not mark as required. Anyone know the fix for this? - How are they trying to submit the file?

- What's the exact text of the error message they're getting?

It's happening when I send the pdf file via the "Request e-signature" feature. Not sure of the exact text of the error message, but essentially not letting them complete the form and send it back unless they initial EVERY field (even the ones I do not have set as required). This would entail them initialing things that do not apply to them, so I need to fix it.
