Making major edits to an established form PDF

Any solutions for when you have an established form pdf, and then need to make major edits to it? (such as adding new lines in a chart). It's really time consuming to do in Acrobat. And i don't want to have to make edits in my original word doc, and then totally remake the form once converted to PDF.

You should make the edits in the original file, and then create a new PDF from it. Then open the old version and use the Replace Pages command to insert the new pages over the old ones. Doing so preserves all of the fields, scripts, etc. you already had in tact. However, you'll probably need to adjust their locations or add new fields, depending on the new layout, but you won't have to start all over from scratch.
