Malgré mon abonnement AI Assistant for Acrobat, mes reqêtes sur l'assistant IA n'aboutissent pas.

Bonjour,

Je possède la version gratuite d’Acrobat Reader mais je paye l’abonnement AI Assistant for Acrobat.
Depuis quelques jours, lorsque je lui demande une requête, je n’ai plus de réponse, rien ne s’affiche et il passe au message suivant :

En quoi puis-je t’aider maintenant ?


Le service fonctionnait il y  a encore quelques jours.
Des solutions ?

    Hi there
     

    Hope you are doing well and sorry you're running into this. The behavior you describe is usually a session, version, or cache issue on the Acrobat Reader side. Please try the steps, in order and see if that works:
     

    1. Sign out and back in to Acrobat Reader using the Adobe ID (email address) that the AI Assistant subscription was purchased on. 

    2. Update Acrobat Reader to the latest version available go to Help  > Check for Updates and reboot the computer once. 

    3. Try the web version at https://acrobat.adobe.com , signed in with the same Adobe ID. Open a PDF and test the AI Assistant. If it works on the web but not on the desktop app, the problem is isolated to your installed Reader.
     

    If the issue still persists, please share:
    - Your OS (Windows / macOS + version)
    - Your exact Acrobat Reader version (Menu > Help > About Adobe Acrobat Reader)
    - Whether the issue happens on every PDF or only some
    - A screenshot of the Assistant pane at the moment your prompt disappears
     

    You can also generate diagnostic logs via Menu > Help > Troubleshoot Acrobat and start diagnostics, reproduce the issue, then post the log ID here so the Adobe team can investigate.
