Manager & Employee Fillable Rights

I am the only person in my department to have Adobe Acrobate, and we are hiring ~80 people.  I'm wondering if this is possible without me having to create all the offer letters myself:

Me: Create fillable PDF offer letter template

Hiring Manager: Fill in relevent feilds; Name, Rate of Pay, Start Date, etc then send to prospective employeee.

Employee:  E-Sign document.  Cannot edit above feilds.

 

Possible??

Correct answer PDF Automation Station

You don't need Acrobat to fill in form fields and save the document.  Reader will do that.  You only need Acrobat to create the fillable form in the first place.
