Managing Portfolio's

I have been working with Adobe Portfolio's for over a year now and about 2 weeks ago I noticed that I needed to "Enable All Features" when I opened up Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  The problem is, when I select Enable All Features my window turns white and I cannot see the files in the portfolio.  I just have a blank screen.  This has something to do with Protected View.

Any suggestions???

Thank you

Doug

Hi Doug,

As explained that, the problem is, when you select Enable All Features system window turns white and you cannot see the files in the portfolio. You get blank screen and nothing is visible there. So this could be causing issue because of the security settings but before changing that we would recommend you to check whether you have the latest patch installed or not?

Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat or refer to DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

If this doesn't help, then you may disable protected view for testing purpose and see if that works-

Open Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security(enhanced)>Protected View>Off

You may also check with any other PDF portfolio and see if that's causing the same problem.
