many employees are getting an error with E-signature

My organisation has an Adobe Pro subscription. Some users are getting an error when using the function ‘request for signature', including myself, and I am the administrator on the Adobe console. The subscription is a 3-year one which started in 2024. I have tried some of the solutions offered in the replies to similar problems, but it's still not resolved. Please assist.

    Currently there are no outage and the issues have been resolved.
    You can check the status of Adobe services here: https://status.adobe.com/  

    Also, i check your account and seems up and running in general. 

    Could you try again and let us know what you are experiencing right now while accessing Adobe sign services.
