Margins ok in Word, then appear huge when printing after PDFing.

Question

My margins are ok in Word (company branding goes up to edge of page), PDF it and it appears on screen with about 1/4 inch white space margin, print and there is about a 1 inch margin around the whole thing (and basically everything is slightly shrunk and looks awful). I have checked that I'm not scaling in the print options (I've actually tried all the options and it happens with all of them). I'm using a Mac, have MS Word and Adobe Acrobat Creative Cloud.

It is driving me crazy and need help!!! Can't find any similar previous poster who has found a solution to this but clearly it's a thing.

Sorry for the delay in response. I hope you have got a resolution to this problem.

Is this happening with all the files? Also, let us know the Microsoft word version you are using?

If you print the word document, does it print okay? Is it possible for you to share the files with us both source file and the pdf file?
