Measure tool

Hi,

I use the measuring tools to take off construction drawings. Is there a way to "layer" my measurements? For example :

layer 1 -  walls

layer 2 - ceilings

layer 3 - Plastering

and so on.

Further to the above, can I then transfer all measurements to an excel spreadsheet?

Thanks

Hi,

Use the geospatial or measuring tool you can add  as a layer a page where you added your measurements.

To the left margin of the Adobe Acrobat working space, expand the navigation pane and select/click on the Layers icon.

Select Import As Layer, then choose import options  to create a new layer.

For each layer that you create you will have the option to rename it.

You can then transfer all measurement to excel when you export the layer(s) as a CSV file.
