Measuring Tool -Acrobat

Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to double-check some architectural plans that scaled 3/32" and I'm trying to change the ratio scale to 0.09375 but when I do so in the "change scale and ratio and precision it comes up as 0.9. I was wondering if someone could help me, please.
