I can not get my scale ration tool to come up when I right click after pulling a measurement line?

If you're on Microsoft Windows, does the problem gets resolved after repairing your current Adobe Acrobat Pro installation?

Or perhaps, are you able to confirm if there any Acrobat updates missing?

If yes, what happens if you apply the latest Adobe Acrobat updates? Does it resolves the issue?
