I am trying to create some pdf documents and am having issues with converting them. Are there restrictions with my current membership or has it expired?

Go to https://accounts.adobe.com/ and click Plans & Products on the top bar

-then click VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS on the right to find a list of your programs

For problems editing/creating/exporting PDF files, you should ask in the appropriate Acrobat forum
