membership cancellation

Hello, I only use Adobe Acrobat Pro, but my account shows it as having different subscriptions (Creative Cloud and an additional Acrobat Pro). I don't want to pay for anything other than the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription I use. Due to this issue, I want to close the remaining months by making a lump sum payment using a discount.

I don't know if you can make that arrangement, but I do know that this isn't the place to arrange it. This is a user-to-user forum for addressing technical issues with the software.

 

You can get particulars for canceling your Creative Cloud subscription through this link. I don't know how to address your particulars, but this will hopefully be a good place to find what you need to do to get results you would like.
