Merge attachments into the body of a PDF

I exported a couple of emails from Outlook into one PDF (not a portfolio). Some of the emails had PDF attachments. I would like the attachments to appear in the body of the PDF rather than as attachments. is there any way to merge the attachments in without opening them seperatly and combining the pages?
