merge Graphs and Images (arrows, circles etc)

I made two original copies of a PDF, and then I added separate and different graphs and images to both of the PDF's (each PDF received different graphs and images). Since these PDFs were both originally identical copies, is there a way I can merge together the added graphs and images from both PDFs into one PDF that includes all of the Graphs and Images that I added combined?
