Merge to Spreadsheet XML missing fields

I have a form that I created that I am attempting to Merge Data Files into Spreadsheet. When I use csv, it works fine, however, I would prefer to use xml and when I do, I am missing three fields entirely. If I use Export Data... and choose xml for a single filled PDF, I am missing even more fields. There is no difference in these fields than six others in the same section of the form. Is there a limit to the number of xml fields, or is something preventing the complete export?

Thank you, they were not, and when I added some dummy data they appeared.
