Merging pdf files into one fails with message, "Extraction is not allowed in source files". How can this be resolved?of files

Are you using Acrobat? The online service? Something else?

Does this happen with all files, or just some?

I am using Adobe Acrobat mobile application. It happens with all files. I managed to merge all my files (19) finally using online with ilovepdf.com. Thanks for reply. I would still like to know why Adobe failed in merging/combining my pdf files where ilovepdf did it in a jiffy.
