Meta data problem while installing Acrobat Pro

Hello

my company bought for me Acrobat Pro version. I have problem to install this program. I always get this error.

It says something like Meta data could not be loaded. Do you have any idea what may cause this problem? I have searched for this but have not encountered anyone with this error.
