Question

Microsoft Word document converting to PDF showing comments

When I dragged and dropped a Word document into Adobe Acrobat Pro, the comments from the document are showing on the page as elements of the PDF. I have already selected "No Markup" and those comments are still showing. How do I change that setting? It's not feasible to convert every Word doc individually to PDF before dragging and dropping them into specific places of the PDF we need.

Hi @Jason_Sin1467 ,

Thank you for reporting the issue and apologies for inconvenience caused. Can you confirm that after selecting No Markup and Saving as PDF from Word , the markup are still visible in PDF ? If the issue exists , can you share the OS, Acrobat Version and Office version for further investigation.
