Migración de licencia Adobe Acrobat XI Standart a nuevo equipo.

Buenas tardes.
Expongo mi problema esperando puedan apoyarme.
Se requiere migrar una licencia de "Adobe Acrobat XI Standart" a un nuevo equipo de cómputo.


Se realizaron los siguientes pasos:
1.-Se desactivo la Licencia en el antiguo equipo. 

2.-Se instalo el Programa de Adobe Acrobat XI Standart junto con la Licencia. 
3.-  Me aparece el sig. problema: "El numero de serie xxxxxx  ya está en uso por el máximo permitido de ordenadores. Debe desactivar otro ordenador en el plazo de 29 dias para poder usar este producto", reitero se desactivo previamente la licencia en el otro equipo. 

Ambos equipos tienen S.O. Windows 10 Pro.

Podrian indicarme el proceso que debo de sguir.
Agradezco de antemano su atención.

    Acrobat XI is an EOL application and not supported on latest MAC and Win OS. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/end-of-support-acrobat-xi-reader-xi.html

     

    Our aging activation servers for earlier versions of Acrobat and Creative Suite (CS) applications had to be retired. You won't be able to activate these apps, as these activation servers are no longer available.

    Affected applications include Creative Suite 2, 3, and 4, Acrobat 7, 8, and 9 (Standard and Professional), Acrobat X, Acrobat XI,

    - Adobe didn't "have" to retire those servers. It chose to do so. Seeing as it's worth 280+ billion (with a B) US dollars currently it can probably afford to keep them active, if it wanted to.

    - The link you provided does not say those servers were discontinued for versions above 8. Are you sure that's the case? If so, that page needs to be updated accordingly.
