Miising Action List

Hallo everyone, one of the main feature that can improve our productivity is action to automate task in Adobe, I have been using Adobe for long time and never have problem with these feature. Recentkly I lost my action list myteriouly. even after reimport the saved action list the prolem will still happen. Anyone can help me to solve this problem?

Hope you are doing well and thank for reaching out.

The new Acrobat experience is an exciting step forward for Acrobat's future. It doesn’t support the user-guided actions feature, you can revert to the previous experience as below:

Windows: Select the hamburger menu, and then choose Disable new Acrobat.  

macOS: Go to View > Disable new Acrobat.

My Adobe interface is still an old version, and I can't find the menu you mean. is there anything else that can be done to solve this problem?

Hi there

Thanks for sharing the information and clearing the confusion. What happens when you try to use the saved action, do you get any error message, If yes, please share the screenshot of the same. A small video recording would be very helpful.

Also make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 23.08.20533 from the help menu > check for updates and reboot the computer once.
