minimised window

Hi there. 

 

I have a problem with minimised window of Adobe Acrobat - it seems minimising when I either drag the window to another screen or when I work with PDF docs…. The right click on the mouse does not always open the menu to maximise or minimise the window. It is very disruptive to work with… 

 

Any help?

    I hope you are doing well, and we are sorry for the trouble you had.

     

    Could you please try the following steps and let us know if that works for you?

    • Please close the Acrobat app.
    • Then open the registry setting editor.

    • Press Windows key + R

    • Type: regedit.exe

    • Press Enter > If prompted by UAC, click Yes.

    • Make changes to the registry. 

    • delete registry "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\SDI"
