Missing artifacts when viewing PDFs in Adobe Acrobat on Mac

Ever since the Sequoia OS update, there are consistently missing artifacts in my PDFs that I have converted from .key files when viewing in Adobe Acrobat. Mainly, certain shapes with opacity and the percentage labels on pie charts.

When the file is viewed in another PDF viewer (such as preview) the artifiacts are there.

This is an across the board issue with all members of my team, and all of our applications are up to date.

Hi @kendall_1476,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

We made several improvements to the rendering engine for better visuals to the documents.

Would you mind updating the app to the latest version (2024.005.20414) and let us know if the issue is fixed for you?

To do so, go to Help-> Check for Updates.

If the issue persists, please share a sample file for us to test the issue in-house.
