missing contact list sending pdf for review

We have switched to Outlook 365 recently and now I cannot access my contacts list anymore to send a pdf from review. Anyone have a similar issue? On a mac using Adobe CC. I know this has to be an Outlook 365 problem but I can't figure out how to connect them. Where is Adobe looking for contacts?
