Question

missing data when printing PDF

I have always downloaded Calif gov tax forms, filled in data (name, address, etc) and printed the forms successfully. Now, when I try printing the form I had inserted my data into, it only prints the boilerplate government form. None of the data I inserted is showing. It looks good on my screen but the printout is missing the data I added. I have deleted and re-added my printer (HP Envy Photo 7855) to no avail. I am using an iMac running the latest version of Sequoia. I went back and selected documents from prior years (that I know printed correctly in the past) and printed them with the same results. Only the standard downloaded outline prints with all my added data missing.

Can you see the form field data in the printer dialog preview?

Yes I can. I sent the file to a friend and had him print it. It printed
fine. That pretty much tells me it is NOT an Adobe problem. It must be
either an HP or an Apple problem.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate it.
