"MISSING" DOCUMENTS IN DOCUMENT CLOUD (ADOBE ACROBAT READER)

I made a post on the Adobe Support Community yesterday about a problem with my Adobe account and/or cloud documents. I have been using Adobe Acrobat Reader for years to edit my PDFs. Suddenly yesterday several documents disappeared from the cloud. I wrote about the problem and attached screenshots. Well, I think the adobe guys didn't even bother to read my whole message and analyze the screenshots. They closed my case (ADB-29653700-H1J6) and referred me to read a couple of self-help article links. Of course I had already searched and read in the community and had not found any solution to my problem. I think this is a critical problem: how am I going to trust a cloud storage system that loses my documents? Please, dedicate even 5 minutes to this case and when answering me, do not refer me to a FAQ.

I will explain my problem again: When I go to the following path: misdocumentos/AgenciaIdea/Normativa/Ordenes only 2 documents appear, when there should be 4. Apparently the documents have disappeared. But when I do a search by file name, they do show up in the search result. When I click to open the document it opens normally and when I click to see the path where it is saved it appears correctly.

There really is an error either with my account or with the storage service.

I re-attach new more detailed screenshots
Thank you.

Ok. In that case my problem is with ACROBAT READER, both with the desktop app and with the adobe web (the screenshots are from the web)

Hello,
Thanks for answering.
They are not the same thing?
In the screenshot you can see that I am on the acrobat.adobe.com website. And the desktop app I use is ADOBE ACROBAT READER
