Missing Entered Text After Saving .PDF

Question

After enterting text into a form on a .PDF and saving, the text I entered will be missing.  If I highlight the area where the text should be, I can see the text.  This occurs in Adobe Reader and Pro.  However, if I open the same saved .PDF in Chrome or Edge, I'm able to see the text without an issue.  I tried running a repair on Adobe, as well as rebooting.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

This sounds like the text color is set to white or transparent. Is this a form you created? If so, check the field properties and set the text color to a true color, if it's not something you created and the form allows you to edit it, you can edit the field properties in Acrobat Pro, if that is not an option, report the problem to the form's author or distributor.
