Missing Features in Adobe Acrobat

Hi,

 
Please see the screenshots below from Adobe Acrobat Tools. The first screenshot is mine and the other one is my co-workers. As you can see I'm missing a lot of features. Can you please look into this?

As I can see, you have all the features as shown in the second screenshot from your co-worker.
