Hello @rawan_5336
I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.
Check Font Embedding
- Open the PDF in Acrobat.
- Go to File > Properties > Fonts.
- Ensure the font is listed as Embedded or Embedded Subset.
- If not, use the Preflight tool to embed missing fonts:
- Go to All Tools > Print Production > Preflight.
- Select PDF fixups > Embed missing fonts and run the fix.
Download Missing Fonts
If the font is not part of the Adobe Fonts Library:
- You can download it from a trusted font website.
- Install it in your system’s font folder (e.g.,
C:\Windows\Fonts). - Restart Acrobat and check again.
Is this specific to one PDF or all the PDFs? Please ensure you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine: 25.001.20643, Optional update, Aug 25, 2025. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and try again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.
