Missing font even though its installed and embedded?

Hi there,

I am trying to edit text and Arabic text comes up instead - no idea why?

The Myriad Pro family is installed via Adobe fonts.

PDF says its fonts are embedded.

Tried reinstalling but same problem over and over again - vey frustrating as this has never happened before - same issue with every other PDF file.

Would appreciate some tech-wiz know how if possible please?
