Missing Form Field icon in tools

I am attempting to create a fillable PDF form from MS Word. After a click Prepare a form, Select a file, Create form, Adobe automatically creates form fields. However, some form fields are missing in some of the boxes. I am unable to locate the Form Field tool/icon on my toolbar. Please tell me where I can locate the Form Field tool so I can create form fields in the boxes that Adobe did not pick up.

Hi,

Thank you for the clarification. I have never posted on this community. I wasn't sure what to do. And no, it is definitely not easy to navigate Adobe. I wish there was more immediate help.
