Missing Hyperlinks from HTML to PDF

Question

The function used to work fine previously, but now, after I click ‘Edit Text,’ none of the hyperlinks in the PDF assets are working. This issue persists even when saving HTML to PDF—all links are missing. I’ve checked the preferences under General and confirmed that ‘Create links from URLs’ is enabled. I’m not sure what’s causing this problem. Can anyone help? I've even reinstalled the apps twice.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

This is strange, and should be happening. Would you mind sharing a screen recording video of the workflow you follow when creating the PDF? I tried replicating at my end, but couldn't.

Having the recording would be great to understand this better, and try to reproduce in-house.

Also, ensure that you are on the latest version of the application (2024.005.20414) for the best experience.
