Missing PDF Export Tag

Is it just me or is the pdf export tagging option missing from In Design?

All the tags that used to be in my document headers are missing. When I went to update the option was missing. It is also not available when I go to edit all tags from the menu.

You're showing the Character styles panel.

At this time, PDF can't tag for accessibility at the character level.

You'll find PDF accessibility tags in the Paragraph styles dialogue.
