Missing "signed" tab for Digital Signature boxes

Hi all,

I have Acrobat Pro DC Version 2020.009.20067.

 

When I select a Digital Signature box, I no longer see the "Signed" tab. I have reinstalled Acrobat and run a repair install. 

 

Anything else should I try?

I'll alswer my own question and say that somehow, the form got converted to an Adobe Sign form, Going into "Prepare Form", "More" and clicking on "Revert to Acrobat Form" did the trick

I'll add that the "somehow" is because you ticked the box that says "This document requires signatures" when you created it. It's a very badly worded option that secretly converts your file to an Adobe Sign one, thereby disabling many options that a normal PDF form has.

That was not the case, the form was created by someone else pre Adobe Sign(yes its a very old form) and I had the Signed tab before.  But yeah, to your point as I'm not the only person handling this form so I'm sure someone clicked some dialog somwhere that converted the form to an Adobe Sign form
