Missing text when printing

Question

Text is missing when I print a form I filled out.  Since the line spacing for adding text is not in sync with the lines provided on the form, I had to go to edit mode of the whole section and type my answer underlined in-line with original question on the form.  It only shows the first letters of each line and a couple letters in between.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
